All of our lives are shaped by and with stories.

Stories about how we should be, can be, can’t be, what is a good life, what is a good or bad person even. Some stories are great. Really uplifting and help us feel joy connection and fulfilment. However, there are also stories that can recruit us into bad behaviour, unhappy relationships, feeling unfulfilled and feeling captured in a life that doesn’t live up to what we thought, know it could be.

For individuals, couples, and families wherever they are in their relationships with themselves or each other, therapy can be an opportunity to TRANSFORM and ENHANCE lives. To TRANSFORM life from one that can feel dominated by problems into a preferred one with new stories of fulfilment and connection. To ENHANCE our experiences of the joy and fulfilment we are striving for. Though therapy is not a guarantee or straight line directly to fulfilment, it can be an opportunity to examine out lives for more preferred ways of living where hopes and goals can feel closer and more attainable. Where life possibilities are TRANSFORMED from hopes into actual and ENHANCED experiences of self and others.

Halifax Clinic is engineered to be a place where individuals, couples, and families can come to talk in a safe and generous way and place about their preferred type of life. One less influenced by conflict, pain and unrest. One where individuals, couples and families get to explore what is getting in the way of being who they want to be and/or need to be for themselves and for one another. How people get back to, or work towards expressing and feeling greater kindness and generosity and feeling more connection and fulfilment.
